Ordering Process

All quotation or orders are valid for 48 hours or until stock lasts. The stock is sold on a first come first serve basis.

Occasionally, not often It will happen that items will show in stock can be out of stock. We reserve the right to cancel any order without notice.

All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods ordered. TheWifiBros™ is entitled to refuse any order placed by you.

You undertake that:

4.1 all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing goods or services offered on our web site are correct and You, the Customer, accepts that full liability for orders placed using a valid user id and password lies with You and not TheWifiBros™ and

 

4.2 the credit or debit card you use to make a purchase from us is your own card or your company’s card, that you are authorised to use it, and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods or services you order from us. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with any goods or services.

 

4.3 Where the Customer is purchasing Microsoft Service Provider Licensing Agreement (SPLA) products or services, the Customer undertakes to provide timely reporting of its prior month’s usage by the 10th day of each month. In the event that there is zero usage to report then the Customer agrees and directs that TheWifiBros™ shall submit a zero use report on the Customer’s behalf, in respect of its active SPLA agreements, if no report has been received by TheWifiBros™.

 

 

Prices and Payments

  1. Goods and services are invoiced at the price prevailing at time of acceptance of order.
  2. TheWifiBros™ reserves the right to modify the prices from time to time
  3. Any prices quoted by TheWifiBros™ in local currency may be adjusted by TheWifiBros™ due to fluctuations in the US Dollar exchange rate.
  4. All amounts payable hereunder are payable in full and remitted back to TheWifiBros™ without offset or deduction for taxes (including withholding tax) and custom duties.

Delivery

  • Gauteng: 1 to 4 working days
  • Western Cape: 1 to 5 working days
  • Kwa-Zulu Natal: 2 to 5 working days

  • We do not deliver to Postal Boxes as our service includes delivery via Courier (Door to Door)
  • Deliveries are made during business hours 08h00-17h00 Mon-Fri excluding public holidays
  • Our couriers don’t give exact delivery times and will deliver between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Our couriers require someone to be at the address provided to accept the delivery alternatively the goods will be returned
  • Should no one accept the delivery first time around, a second delivery attempt will be arranged at a charge of R60.00

Return Policy and warranty

  • TheWifiBros™ will provide you with a 7day money-back satisfaction guarantee on all purchases made through our sales channels.
  • We do not reimburse your fee to ship to us, but we will pay for return shipping if the item is subject to replacement.
  • Refunds are subject to inspection of item(s) and all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee if item is no longer in BRAND NEW condition.
  • TheWifiBros™ reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item is damaged from misuse, items are missing, or if the product is altered in any way.
  • TheWifiBros™ or its affiliates are not responsible for damage or loss of any kind that may occur as a result of using or misusing any product purchased from us.
  • The warranty will no longer be valid, and TheWifiBros™ will not be responsible for damage or injury of any kind resulting from:
  • Electricity fluctuations and surges, lightning strikes, faults in the building wiring, faulty installations, and improper use of controls
  • Failure to use the product in accordance with the operating instructions and or general misuse and or abuse
  • Damage caused by a superior force or if the product has been infested with insects or pests
  • If the product is physically damaged after it left the store
  • If water or liquid caused the damage to the product
  • If the warranty seal is tampered with
  • Any repair or tampering by an unauthorised person or attempt to repair or tamper with the equipment, or use of parts not supplied by authorised agents, or alterations or modification to the equipment shall render the warranty null and void.
  • Unless otherwise stated in the manufacturer’s documentation, all goods delivered to a South African address carry a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, unless stated otherwise on the product listing.

 

TheWifiBros™ LIABILITY

In its dealings with Business Customers, TheWifiBros™ shall under no circumstances be liable for any consequential or indirect damage or loss, however caused, including (but not restricted to) loss of business or profits, loss of goodwill, damage to trading relationships loss of data and other financial loss. (“Financial loss” in this sense does not refer to the price you have paid for the goods, which we may be liable to refund to you, in whole or in part, if the goods are faulty or do not comply with their description). Wifi-Bros™ liability in respect of all other losses shall be limited to the invoiced amount of the relevant order.

 

The Consumer Protection Act

  • Contracts for the purchase of goods by a Customer not acting in the course of a business and made over the telephone or through the TheWifiBros™ website, or by mail order, are, with the exception of certain excepted contracts, subject to The Consumer Protection Act (‘the Regulations’).

 

  • If the Regulations apply, Customers may cancel goods purchased from TheWifiBros™ by sending a written notice of cancellation by post or hand delivery.

 

  • The notice of cancellation must be delivered within 7 working days of the day after date of delivery of the goods.

 

  • The Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods if he or she exercises this right of cancellation under the Regulations. If the Customer does not actually return the goods to TheWifiBros™, the Customer is under a duty to make the goods available for collection at the Customer’s expense from the address to which they were delivered.

 

5)     The Customer is under a duty to retain possession of the goods whilst awaiting return to TheWifiBros™  and to take reasonable care of them during this period. The Customer will be liable for any loss of or damage to the goods if he or she fails to comply with this obligation.

 

Errors and Omissions

  • TheWifiBros™ makes every effort to ensure that all prices and descriptions quoted in its catalogue and on its website are correct and accurate. However, the frenetic tempo of e-commerce makes it inevitable that mistakes will occasionally occur. In the case of a manifest error or omission, TheWifiBros™ will be entitled to rescind the contract, notwithstanding that it has already accepted the Customer’s order and/or received payment from the Customer. TheWifiBros™ liability in that event will be limited to the return of any money the Customer has paid in respect of the order. In the case of a manifest error in relation to price, the Customer will be entitled to purchase the goods by paying the difference between the quoted price and the correct price, as confirmed in writing by TheWifiBros™ after the manifest error has been discovered.

 

  • A ‘manifest error’, as the term is used in sub-paragraph (1) above, means, in relation to an incorrect price, a price quoted in error by TheWifiBros™ which is more than 10% less than the price that would have been quoted had the mistake not been made.

 

TheWifiBros™ Privacy Policy

TheWifiBros™ and its employees respect your privacy, thus we voluntarily subscribe to the principles set out in Section 51 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 (under its Privacy Policy) to make sure that you are always protected when supplying us with personal information. TheWifiBros™ will not collect, collate, process or reveal your personal information without your permission, unless we are legally required to do so.

 

  • We will only electronically request, collect, collate, process or store your personal information if it’s lawful for us to do so.
